We’re kicking off the year with a character that’s as striking as she is sinister:
Veltharion - The Corrupted Paragon.
Standing as both a symbol of dark allure and devastating power, Veltharion embodies the tragic duality of beauty and destruction. Her story is one of fall and transformation, a grim reminder of the price of ambition and the haunting allure of forbidden power.
Back Story: "Once a celebrated warrior chosen to ascend as a guardian of her people, Veltharion stood as a beacon of strength and hope. Her rise to power came through grueling trials and a sacred ritual that imbued her with unparalleled strength and divine grace. However, whispers from beyond—a seductive chorus of promises—began to erode her noble resolve. These voices promised eternal glory, unparalleled power, and freedom from the bonds of mortal servitude.
Drawn by these whispers, Veltharion sought their source and found herself standing before a tear in reality, a gateway to infinite possibility. She gazed into the rift and let its voices fill her mind. Their influence twisted her purpose, replacing her noble ideals with unrelenting ambition. The transformation consumed her, warping her form into something both majestic and terrifying. Her body became a fusion of flesh and living metal, her weapon a colossal blade pulsing with the energy of her betrayal.
Her fall was not immediate, but a slow unraveling. At first, Veltharion believed she could harness the voices to protect her people, bending their promises to her will. However, as the whispers grew louder and more insistent, her control began to slip. Her once radiant presence darkened, her actions growing more ruthless and self-serving. Those closest to her pleaded for her to abandon the power, but she turned her blade upon them, unable to resist the seductive allure of dominion.
Now, Veltharion roams as a sovereign without a kingdom, her actions guided by selfish ambition and the lingering echoes of the voices that corrupted her. She is a figure of haunting beauty and unmatched devastation, leaving ruin in her wake. The blade she wields—once a symbol of hope—has become a harbinger of destruction, severing the ties to everything she once stood for."

She is in 32mm scale, with a 50 mm base.
