Novac Dawn will process your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your data throughout the contractual relationship and subsequently according to legal obligations (e.g., for financial-accounting documents, the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were created).

If you are a client and choose to delete your user account by pressing the "delete account" button in the "My Account Information" section, we will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications that keep you informed about products and services offered through the site.

In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send such emails and/or SMS. However, we would like to inform you that deleting the account will not automatically delete your personal data.

• The right to rectification: the right to obtain the correction, without undue delay, by Novac Dawn of inaccurate/unjustified personal data and the completion of incomplete data;

• The right to erasure of data without undue delay ("the right to be forgotten") under certain conditions. It is possible that, following a data deletion request, Novac Dawn may anonymize this data (thus depriving it of personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes;

• The right to address to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent you consider it necessary.

7. Minors' confidentiality

Novac Dawn does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under 16 years of age. The site is not intended to request information of any kind from persons under 16 years of age.
